Dover Corp., company officials said.
Heil Trailer is an international
provider of engineered tanks and

are designed to transport liquid, dry-bulk and specialty products.
Founded in Wisconsin in 1901, Heil

also has facilities in Thailand and
Argentina that focus on the emerging
markets of Asia and Latin America.
Concurrent with the sale, Heil
Trailer appointed Randall Swift as

portfolio company of American
Industrial Partners.
In addition, Bob Foster has
re-joined Heil Trailer as its
chairman of the board, the company
said. Foster was president of Heil
Trailer for 15 years prior to his
retirement in 2006. He then led a
number of growth initiatives that
diversified Heil Trailer.
“Heil Trailer is one of the
longstanding leaders in the

talents of its people. I look forward
to working with each of them to grow
and enhance Heil Trailer’s leadership

Lake Truck Lines moving, expanding
Lake Truck Lines Inc., founded
62 years ago, has moved its
headquarters from Houston to a
10-acre site in San Antonio, Texas,
according to Douglas S. Cain,
company president.
“After a number of years of serving
our South Texas clients with satellite
offices, we felt that the coming
explosion of business in the Eagle
Ford Shale can only be fully served by
Lake moving its headquarters to San
Antonio,” Cain said.
Lake’s new facility is located off
Loop 1604 near IH-37.
“Our new headquarters includes
not only the corporate offices,
but a drivers’ training building,
showers, sleeping quarters, and a
business center for the drivers,”
Cain said. “The first two bays of our
maintenance and service facility are
open for company and contractor
repairs alike.”
In other company news, Lake
announced recently it has formed
a new entity called Lake Oilfield
Services. It will provide frac tanks,
cement batch mixing equipment, bulk
barite tanks, bulk barite silos, pig
tanks and skids for the growing Eagle
Ford Shale oil fields and beyond.
